The Pre-Platform™ is operated by Pre-Platform Intellectual Property Trust LLC, a legal entity formed in South Carolina, United States. We are an intellectual property management system — not an advertising platform, data broker, or surveillance service.
Our mission is to protect your data intellectual property and return its value to you. Everything in this policy reflects that mission.
The Pre-Platform™ browser extension monitors your online activity for the purpose of calculating the value of your attention and asserting your intellectual property rights. Specifically it collects:

All data collected by the extension is used for one purpose — to calculate the value of your attention and attribute it to you individually as your intellectual property.
Your individual data is never sold to anyone. Not to advertisers. Not to data brokers. Not to any third party under any circumstances.
When you choose Earner mode — anonymized aggregate data representing patterns across our member network may be licensed to advertisers under the Sacred Rule™ — payment confirmed before any data is released. Your individual identity and browsing history are never part of any licensed data.
When you choose Sovereign mode — your data is never licensed to anyone, ever. Full stop.
No data moves until money moves first. Always.
This is not just a policy statement. It is enforced architecturally — the system is technically incapable of releasing data before payment is confirmed. Every transaction is recorded permanently on the blockchain and verifiable independently.
Your browsing data is stored locally on your device first. It is periodically synced to our secure server — hosted on Railway in the United States — and stored permanently in a MongoDB database.
Blockchain records of your IP ownership assertion are stored on our blockchain and will be anchored to a public blockchain in a future update for independent verification.
We use industry standard security including bcrypt password hashing, encrypted connections, and session token authentication.
As a member of The Pre-Platform™ you have the following rights:
The Pre-Platform™ website uses only essential cookies — for session management and login. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or any third party analytics that share your data with outside parties.
We do not track your activity across other websites outside of the extension's IP attribution function.
The Pre-Platform™ is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has registered please contact us immediately at hello@thepreplatform.com.
The Pre-Platform™ is currently in beta. The full legal enforcement framework — including formal IP assignment agreements and trust formation — is actively being developed with legal counsel. What exists today is real and functional. The complete legal structure will be in place before public launch.
We will notify members of any material changes to this privacy policy via email to the address registered with your account. The date at the top of this page reflects when this policy was last updated.
